The original recipe is back! Our famous and dearly missed Wellington is back, featuring a buttery, flakey puff pastry crust and a filling of steak-style seitan slices, kale, herbed mushrooms, herbed yams, caramelized onion and orange juice compote, and cranberry shallot stuffing. Served with mushroom gravy. Sold frozen for easy at-home baking. Serves 4-6. Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees Remove lid from frozen Wellington and place on the middle oven rack Bake for 50-75 minutes. Wellington is ready once golden brown on top and an internal temperature of 165 is reached. Take out and let cool for 15 minutes Warm mushroom gravy on stove top at low heat, and serve with Wellington

Just throw them on the grill or in the pan as they come, or marinate and season them to your liking. Keep refrigerated. Sold in packs of four 5oz patties. Non-GMO, contains soy and wheat. Use or freeze within 7 days after purchase. Preparation: Heat 1 tsp cooking oil in a pan on medium heat for 1 minute. Add defrosted patties and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. The burger patties are ready when golden brown on each side, and firm in the middle with an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Bake defrosted meatballs on a non-stick baking sheet for 6-8 mins, stirring once halfway through baking. Meatballs are ready once browned and hot throughout.
